The Sony Burano Z-Finder Recoil Rig is a Next Generation Recoil shoulder rig designed specifically for the Sony Burano camera. Engineered for optimal balance and comfort, it ensures ideal weight distribution whether shoulder-mounted or tripod-mounted. Since lenses and cameras are similar in weight, the true balance point lies where the lens meets the camera body—directly over your shoulder. This rig shifts monitoring, focus, and camera controls forward, creating a lighter, shorter, and perfectly balanced setup.

The Sony Burano Z-Finder Recoil Rig includes the VCT Pro baseplate, Burano Top Plate, Side Plates with Tactical Handle, and the Burano Z-Finder. This configuration is the ultimate solution for shoulder mounting the Burano while utilizing the Sony LCD as both a monitor and viewfinder.

• VCT Pro: Features a sliding top plate for fast lens changes or camera removal, a curved shoulder pad, v-wedge tripod connector (¼”-20 & 3/8”-16), removable 6.5” iris rods, multiple ¼”-20 side screw holes, and rear quick-release 15mm rod ports. The recessed rod mount maximizes accessory space under the lens.

• Burano “Cage” Top Plate & Side Plates with Tactical Handle: Top plate includes 15mm rod ports, integrated NATO rail, and numerous mounting points. Includes a lightweight Zacuto wooden tactical top handle with cold shoe and additional mounting options. Fully compatible with the Sony handle.

• Sony Burano Z-Finder: Comes with a flip-up frame designed to slide directly into the Sony Burano LCD hinge.
